ENVIRONMENTAL, HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY
ATMS Solutions is a private independent consulting company established in Armenia in 2007. Our
primary goal is to help organizations to enhance their environmental, social, energy performance
and better control over the business-processes.
ATMS Solutions ensures implementation of the highest Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS)
performance standards during the field missions and desktop studies. In this regard, we are
responsible for the prevention of negative environmental impacts of our activities as well as injuries
and illnesses of our employees, contractors, and visitors and guarantee it through the effective
operation of our EHS management system.
Therefore, we are committed to:
-Secure safe and healthy working conditions and environment for its employees and
contractors.
-Reduce our resource consumption and improve energy efficiency / energy saving
practices.
-Consider environmental and social impacts while selecting of good and service providers
by evaluating their EHS performance.
-Take into account our environmental and energy performance in the acquisition, design,
use and management of our offices.
-Consider reduction of our business travel to reduce our operational environmental impact
and emissions.
-Provide employees with proper trainings that are identified through our training
procedures as well as certified personal protective equipment.
-Monitor, review, and continually improve our health, safety, and environment
performance.
-Comply with the pertinent environmental, social, health and safety local legislation and
international best practices.
-Consider the environmental risks and opportunities in the consultancy services we
provide to our clients.
-Apply innovative solutions to ensure provisions of this EHS policy.
The EHS policy is reviewed, revalidated, and where necessary, revised as often as necessary, but
no later than once per 3 years. It should be communicated and made readily accessible to all
employees and made available to relevant interested parties, as appropriate.
