RECENT PROJECTS
Kazakhstan: Beineu-Bozoy-Saksaulsk Road Construction Project
ATMS Solutions Ltd., in partnership with Systema Consulting S.A. (Greece), has been engaged by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development to deliver a comprehensive package of advisory services for the 400-km Beineu-Bozoy-Saksaulsk Road Project in Kazakhstan. The assignment includes Technical and Economic Due Diligence, Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA), and Advanced Procurement Support for the road's construction. Within the consortium, ATMS Solutions Ltd. is responsible for the ESIA workstream (20.05.2026).
Armenia: Environmental and Social Assessment for the Yerevan Solid Waste Project
ATMS Solutions Ltd. has been contracted by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development to undertake the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) for the Yerevan Solid Waste Project. The assignment covers the closure and remediation of the existing Nubarashen and Ajapnyak dumpsites, as well as the development of a new regional sanitary landfill designed in accordance with European Union standards (07.05.2026).
Armenia: Sisian Karajan Road - Independent Environmental and Social Consultant
Under a consultancy services contract with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, ATMS Solutions Ltd. serves as the Environmental and Social Consultant for the Project, providing environmental and social (E&S) monitoring throughout the construction, commissioning, and operational phases. The assignment spans a five-year period and includes monitoring the implementation of E&S commitments, assessing compliance with applicable standards and lender requirements (15.09.2025).

Environmental and social (including health and safety) due diligences and assessments should be supplemented by accurate, reliable and representative data of instrumental measurements and monitoring. Noise, vibration, dust and gaseous emissions, microclimate parameters, lightning and electromagnetic radiation (EMR) are the main factors characterizing the environment, public health and working conditions.
