Stakeholder Engagement
The identification of project’s stakeholders and preparation of a program for regular communication with stakeholders in clear and comprehensible manner (to include their concerns and views into the project entire lifecycle work-plan) is an integral part of the environmental and social assessment process. As a result, any person who may be inappropriately impacted by the project shall be identified and the actions to mitigate or compensate the impacts on vulnerable people shall be envisioned and implemented.
The project’s environmental and social assessment reports are often supported with standalone stakeholder engagement plans (SEP). We have developed, implemented and monitored SEPs for projects of different types, sectors and coverage.
